This bespoke oak shaker kitchen in Virginia Water, Surrey, had been installed around 15 years ago and was beginning to feel dated.
Although the cabinetry itself was still in great condition, the existing finish and older hardware no longer complemented the recently updated tiled splashback.
The goal was to refresh the space with a more modern look, while keeping the character of the original kitchen.
All doors and integrated appliance panels — including the dishwasher and fridge/freezer — were removed to allow full access to every surface.
This approach allows us to refinish both sides of each panel in a controlled environment, ensuring a consistent finish throughout.
On-site areas were then carefully protected and prepared, ready for spray application.
