We begin by carefully removing and labelling all doors and drawer fronts before transporting them to our workshop.
On the same day, we professionally spray all fixed kitchen elements, including:
• End panels
• Side panels
• CornicesPlinths
• Filler panels
• Open shelving
• Externally visible framework
Your kitchen remains functional following this stage.
Your doors and drawers are refinished in our purpose-built spray facility using specialist coating systems selected for durability, adhesion, and a smooth factory-like finish.
Each panel is:
• Thoroughly cleaned and prepared
• Primed using the correct system for the substrate
• Professionally spray painted
• Quality checked before curing
This controlled environment allows us to achieve the highest standard of finish.
To keep your project running smoothly, we simply ask for:
• Drawers to be emptied
• Certain cupboards to be cleared if access is required
• Access to water and electricity
• Nearby parking for our van during working hours
Typically 5–7 days later, once your doors have fully cured and passed our quality checks, we return to carefully refit and align everything.This stage usually takes 2–3 hours, depending on kitchen size and hinge complexity.
