We were referred to a client in Teddington, London to refurbish an inherited wood shaker kitchen that had seen better days.
Several panels had suffered from water damage, many doors and drawers were misaligned, and the existing finish was worn and dated.
The brief was to restore both the appearance and durability of the kitchen through professional kitchen spray painting, while also updating the handles and improving overall alignment.

Due to the condition of the kitchen, preparation was a key part of this project.
Water-damaged areas were repaired, surfaces were carefully sanded, and all cabinetry was assessed to ensure a solid foundation for refinishing.
Doors and drawers were removed and adjusted where needed, allowing us to correct alignment issues before moving into the spray stage.
A detailed and methodical approach was required on-site, with careful preparation and refinishing carried out across all fixed elements.
Doors and panels were professionally refinished to ensure a consistent finish throughout the kitchen.
This type of work requires experience and attention to detail, particularly when restoring older kitchens with existing defects.
Each stage of the process was tailored to ensure a durable, long-lasting result suited to the condition of the original cabinetry.

The kitchen was refinished in Crown Classic – Milky Lane, giving the space a lighter, more refreshed feel.
New half-moon handles and knobs were fitted, and all doors and drawers were carefully realigned to complete the transformation.
The result is a fully restored kitchen with a clean, consistent finish — combining long-lasting repairs with a high-quality sprayed surface that brings the space back to life.
